Executive Leadership Coaching with Horses
A lifelong horsewoman, endurance rider, and dressage student, Amanda has learned much about leadership from her equine companions. Over the years, she’s witnessed the deficits in many leadership training programs that fail to impart the emotional and intuitive skills necessary to master leadership.
She became inspired by a horse’s innate ability to reflect back on leadership strengths and gaps in the people who interact with them and their natural gifts in teaching humans how to be better leaders. In 2005, Amanda was certified in equine experiential learning and began to include horses as coaches and teachers in her client offerings. Since then, she has developed one of the country’s best equine leadership development programs. She combines her knowledge of horses, her coaching and facilitation skills, and her understanding of what leaders and teams need to offer transformative experiences to groups of all sizes.
