kenandamandaAs the clock rolls back, the horses grow their winter coats, and leaves tumble from the trees, I realize the season of reflection and thankfulness is here.  It’s been a busy and wonderful year for me and Roam Consulting. I’m so grateful for the many wonderful clients I’ve had the pleasure to work with and learn from.My goal for 2012 was to forge partnerships that deepened the quality of leadership experiences and consulting services you receive from Roam Consulting.  As I look back at the year, I feel as if I truly accomplished that goal.  I’m so fortunate to have worked with individuals and businesses like Organizational Alchemy, Alison Peters Consulting, The Doodle Biz, Data2Insight, and many more!  Thank you for all you have done to help me and Roam Consulting thrive. One of the best things about this year has been the opportunity to grow my leadership program with horses. I’m so grateful for my partnership with Willows Lodge and for the generosity of organizations like The Academy at Sisters and Peter Paul Rubens Photography. I could never deliver these programs without the help of a herd of wonderfully talented equine coaches and people facilitators like Beth Avolio and Jo Ann Fjellman. All summer long we worked with a variety of teams throughout Oregon and Washington to share the extraordinary lessons horses can teach us about ourselves as leaders and teams.

If you haven’t seen it already, I hope you enjoy this short video, which gives you an idea of the client experience. I would be thrilled if you share it with your community – after all, you’re one of Roam Consulting’s best ambassadors!
